Overview
   

     Lg series screw vacuum pumps, is my company developed technologically advanced dry vacuum pump (national patent). It works, is the use of two parallel screw pitch, etc., to produce effects for the high-speed suction and discharge synchronized reverse rotation pump chamber. Two screws through fine balancing treatment, supported by bearings mounted in the pump housing, there is a certain gap between the screw and the screw, so when the pump is running smoothly, no friction between them, the working chamber without working medium. Thus, the screw pump could be pumping gas contains large amounts of condensable gases and dust, is environment-friendly, energy-efficient pump. Operating principal
   

    As shown, the screw pump having a pair of parallel interior spiral rotor and , the right-handed rotation direction , is L , the two rotors in the pump body by means of a pair of gears synchronized reverse rotation. Between the rotor and the rotor , there is no friction between the rotor and the pump and that the gap formed between the two chambers of the plurality of sealing rotor and pump , the sealed chamber is equal to the number of turns of the rotor coil .
When the two rotors rotate in the direction as the space is connected to the intake port seal chamber increases , the gas is absorbed and transferred to the exhaust side of the exhaust-side seal cavity space gradually during rotation becomes smaller , exhaust gas is compressed to . The seal chamber regularly from the intake port to the exhaust port side of the pump side " Mobile" , so that the gas is transported out of the way to the cyclone . Continuous movement of the pump does not change the direction of gas flow so that it can be in a range of gas and entrained particulate steam pumping out.
Required to the pump and the side cover jacket pass into the right amount of time to run coolant pump for cooling, in order to achieve a balanced temperature . Mainly due to the heat of compression generated in the exhaust side order to sufficiently cool the rotor , the air or other gas is most suitable conditions can be mixed with a suitable amount of air through the pump chamber port introduced .
